Part of the impact of Pride is giving back, so we’re excited to launch a new initiative to help support the LA community. We’ve partnered with a wonderful local nonprofit, Big Sunday, to create a special 30-day campaign to provide support, kindness, compassion, and help to those that need it most.
We invite the Southern California community to join us in giving back by volunteering, donating resources and money to the opportunities highlighted by LA Pride, with a focus on organizations that actively work with LGBTQ+ community.
Each week highlights a new theme – Health & Wellness, Food Insecurity, Housing Insecurity, Protecting Our Environment. And our robust calendar of events includes opportunities to address many other issues and needs throughout June.
LA Pride also has designated locations throughout Los Angeles where we’re collecting donation items for those who need them most.
